Our journey began with the search for our own furry loved ones.
6 years ago we were on the search for our forever furbaby, and to our dismay we realised that the live pet sales industry in Singapore was in a putrid state - ignorant backyard breeders, poor welfare and loosely enforced animal legislations were the norm for these businesses.
The experience was heart-breaking. We saw dogs in filthy cages, poor health and too many of them crammed in small ill-ventilated spaces. The pups looked at us as if resigned to fate, while the salespeople tried hard to push sales to us with little knowledge on animal care.
Dogs are creatures of unconditional love bringing so much joy and laughter into our lives - we thought about how many other families would feel the way we did, and how we needed to create an avenue to give the pups the environment they so deserve and furever families the education, reliability and support of a trusted and accountable business.
Enter... HELLO HUMAN! Through our decades of experience in the fields of FMCG, branding, design and strategy we built a unique pet brand like none other.

A born and bred Singaporean - Chalene was professionally trained in Finance. Her corporate experiences has exposed her to cultures around the world through management assignments spanning across Finance & Operations in the fields of FMCG and Advertising for over 10 years.

A serial entrepreneur since the age of 17, Messie was a born creative disruptor.
A polymath, he began his journey in the music industry eventually gaining one of Singapore’s first grammy nominations working with Lupe Fiasco.
In 2017 he was offered a role to set up and lead the groundbreaking advertising agency The Annex (Clients: Coke, Adidas, Kanye, Universal Music) in Asia for the Havas Group (VIVENDI).
