How to request deletion
To request deletion of personal information you shared with Hello Human Group, email info@hellohuman.sg, contact us through the same channel you used to reach us, or use the website chat on hellohuman.group.
Suggested message:
“Please delete my personal data linked to my Hello Human Group enquiry. My name/profile is [your name], and I contacted you through [website chat / Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp / Messenger] on or around [date].”
What to include
To help us find the right record, please include:
- your name or messaging profile name;
- the channel you used to contact us;
- the approximate date of your enquiry;
- the service area involved, if known, such as Wellness, AHC, Puppies/Kittens, OSSU, Moshikomu, or Investments;
- the phone number, email, or social profile linked to the enquiry, if you shared one.
What we will do
After receiving your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify the request, identify related records, and delete or anonymize personal information where appropriate.
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted for legal, safety, accounting, dispute, platform compliance, fraud prevention, or operational record reasons.
Meta/Facebook/Instagram data
If your data came through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or a Meta-connected experience, you may also manage or delete platform data directly through your Meta account settings. You can still send us a deletion request so we can review records within Hello Human Group systems.
Expected timeline
We aim to review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. The time needed may vary depending on the channel, verification requirements, and whether records are held across connected service tools.
